Ever since Erik Nicolai started working in IT, he is focused on conquering complexity to boost the productivity of people. After several management roles, Erik Nicolai started Workspace 365 in 2010. Workspace 365 is a development and partner focused organisation. In his role he helped many Managed Service Providers to support their customers in the transition to a modern browser-based workspace.
Hiten is an MSP Partner Manager for the North Europe territories, Middle East and Africa. Based out of London, Hiten has been with Duo for three years, starting his journey as a Technical Support Engineer, supporting customers of all sizes with any technical queries before joining the EMEAR MSP team. Outside of work, Hiten enjoys playing Football and is a keen woodworker.
James Hatzell is the Director of Marketing at SKOUT Cybersecurity. Before SKOUT, James built up over four years of experience in IT and worked as a CTO for a healthcare company. In his current role, James oversees SKOUT’s marketing team, campaigns and initiatives. His combination of IT and marketing experience allows him to develop resources that help SKOUT establish trusting partnerships with MSPs.

Kyle has worked for Sophos for 3 years and is at the forefront of the MSP offering in the UKI. During this time, he has worked across the sales organisation and now focuses on adding value to the partners on the UKI MSP programme. He regularly speaks at conferences and Think Tanks to advocate for Sophos and its MSP offering.
Marwin Marcussen is EMEA Sales Engineering Manager with Kaseya. Marwin has worked with Kaseya for over 10 years and he consults with customers, prospects and channel partners all over the EMEA region to understand their requirements and show how Kaseya can solve specific problems from a technical standpoint. Prior to joining Kaseya, Marwin worked in the area of IT Security with Kahuna Managing Security.
Paola is an MSP Partner Manager for the UKI and South Europe territories and she is based in London, UK. Paola has been with Duo for the last three years and started out as an Enterprise Customer Success Manager supporting our Enterprise customers with their Duo deployments. She has moved over to the EMEAR MSP Team a year ago and has contributed to the growth of Duo’s partner base in her territory. Outside of work, Paola enjoys spinning classes, drawing, and listening to country music.
